Need to get in touch with Tom Campbell? It appears that Tall Tom could have used this week's edition of KYA's Official San Francisco Music Survey as his business card; the only number missing was his ship-to-shore number — XY5-2602 (honestly, that was the number). The man who prided himself on being reachable 24 hours a day no matter where you (or he) was at is shown on this survey in a pretty-much standard pose: phone-to-ear.

Topping the charts at KYA again this week is Tommy Roe's "Dizzy" which looks to be facing two fast-climbing hits, "You've Made Me So Very Happy" by Blood, Sweat & Tears, and the "Aquarius/Let The Sunshine In" medley from the tribal rock musical "Hair" as covered by the Fifth Dimension.

ORIGINAL SIZE: 4.25x6.5 inches.
