KYA 1260 AM/93FM Playlist
Week Of November 20, 1979

The decade of the Seventies is on the wane, but many of its signature artists still dominate the playlist at simulcasting KYA (1260 AM and 93.3 FM) in San Francisco. A mixture of the era's finest R&B (Commodores; Earth, Wind & Fire), lite rock (Herb Alpert; Styx), album rock (Eagles; Led Zeppelin; Journey), country (Kenny Rogers; Crystal Gayle) and disco (Donna Summer; Maxine Nightingale) show that — even as the Golden Age of Top 40 Radio reached its sunset years — KYA had something for every listening taste.
