Deejay Top 40 Survey
Jack Carney
Week Ending January 26, 1963

This survey, which does not specifically identify affiliation with any particular radio station, features KSFO personality Jack Carney — along with a number of songs that do not seem as if they would fit the format offered by the World's Greatest Radio Station during this era.

On the B-side of the survey (pictured at right) is a promo for "Richard Chamberlain Sings," with the tagline "Dr. Kildare operates on his first MGM album!" and a listing of the eleven songs included on the LP.
